优秀博士后|黄卫春——不忘初心,有始有终

       黄卫春,201710月毕业于苏州大学,201911月进入深圳大学微纳光电子学研究院博士后流动站工作,成为张晗教授课题组成员。在站期间,主要开展类黑磷纳米材料可控制备及其光电探测性能研究。

黄卫春在学院作学术交流
           黄卫春博士与张晗教授合作创新性地设计研发了基于第六主族元素Te@Se异质结的光电探测器,利用异质结的内建电场作用大大提升了第六主族元素的自驱动光电探测性能;同时采用高电化学稳定性外层Se修饰内层Te的方式,明显地提升了其光电探测稳定性能,相关研究成果“Enhanced Photodetection Properties of Tellurium@Selenium Roll-to-Roll Nanotube Heterojunctions”发表在Small期刊(Small 2019, 15, 1900902),并入选封面论文。

          在站期间,黄卫春博士作为负责人先后主持了国家自然科学青年基金、深圳市科创委自由探索项目和中国博士后面上项目基金二等资助等;以第一作者(含通讯作者)在Advanced Functional Materials, Journal of Materials Chemistry A, Small, Nanoscale ACS Photonics等著名国际期刊发表14篇学术论文;申请1项国家发明专利;担任多个SCI期刊审稿人;已胜任江苏省南通大学校特聘教授。
